A productive hybrid of a late ripening period: 139-144 days from germination to harvest (100-105 days after the planting of the seedlings).
The heads of cabbage are very hard and resistant to cracking, with a dense internal structure. Excellent taste.
Head of cabbage weight 3-6 kg. Recommended for fermentation and fresh use.

* Late-ripening varieties: sowing seeds for seedlings is carried out from 1 to 15 April. Peat is poured into a greenhouse with a layer of 10 cm, sprinkled with chalk or ash and everything is mixed. You can pour humus mixed in half with sod land or light garden soil, on which plants of the cabbage family have not grown before.
The greenhouse is prepared in the same way as for mid-season cabbage varieties. At home, seeds are sown on the windowsill a little later - from 15 to 20 April in pots or small containers. Potting mix and maintenance are the same as for mid-season varieties. In an unheated greenhouse with a film coating, seeds are sown without picking according to a 6x6 cm scheme. The emergence of seedlings when sowing with dry seeds is observed on the 3rd-6th day. From April 20-25 until the first days of May (if the seedlings are not very stretched out), they dive into a cold greenhouse or into beds under a temporary film shelter according to the same scheme.
When growing seedlings, it is necessary to ensure that there is no thickening of the plants, that is, to thin them out in time. The seedlings are fed 1-2 times. The composition and feeding time are the same as for mid-season cabbage.
Seedlings should be ventilated to prevent diseases and overheating of plants on sunny days. If the seedlings are grown in greenhouses, with expected frosts below -3, you need to cover the greenhouses with some kind of insulating material. Seedlings are planted in the ground on May 15-25 at the age of 35-40 days according to the scheme 70x45x50 cm. The requirements for the quality of properly grown seedlings are the same as for varieties of mid-season cabbage.
