When seedlings are grown indoors, the young shoots usually stretch towards the light and their stems become bent.
In order for the seedlings to develop properly, immediately after pecking the sprouts, place a mirror next to the box (with its front side facing the window), a sheet of galvanized iron or other flat surface that reflects light.
Lighting of seedlings is improved so much that boxes with them can be placed not only on the windowsill itself
(where a lot of them won’t fit anyway), but also on the table placed next to it.
