TOMATO "PROMYK" - Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.
Very early fertile semi-self-pollinating variety of tomato. The plants are low, ending in a cluster. Fruit weighs 80 grams, fleshy, bright red colour, very tasty.
Variety is resistant to low temperatures therefore seeds can be sown directly into the soil. Fertile even in cooler summer. Grown outdoors.

Ingredients: 1 kg of red tomatoes, 1 liter of water, 1 tbsp. spoon of salt, 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar, 0.25 teaspoon of citric acid.
1. Scald the tomatoes, remove the skin.
2. Cut in half and put into jars.
3. Pour boiling water, cover with lids and let steep for 10 minutes.
4. Pour the water into a saucepan to prepare the brine.
5. Boil the drained water, adding salt, sugar and citric acid, pour over the tomatoes, roll up the jars, turn over the lid and cool under a blanket.
Store in a cool place.
