F1 Margarita TmC5F2 (Semideterminate hybrid) is an early hybrid (100-110 days from emergence of shoots to the beginning of fruiting) with stable level of yield for glasshouses and plastic houses. The density is 2,5-2,8 plants/m2. Plants are 1,5-1,8 m. tall, solid, low-leaved. Hybrid has high possibility of shoots forming. The first inflorescence sets over 9-11th leaf, the further racemes are separated by 2-3 leaves. Inflorescence is simple, short, contains from 6 to 8-9 fruits which are flattened globes of a big size 140-160 g., bright red, slightly ribbed, resistant to cracking. In poor conditions some voids may appear in fruits. The average yield is 22-24 kg/m2.

Take medium-sized tomatoes, cut off the tops and carefully, with a teaspoon, remove the core with seeds, without violating the integrity of the fruit.
Salt the prepared tomatoes, sprinkle with pepper and fill with minced meat with rice. Put the minced fruits in a frying pan greased with butter, sprinkle with grated cheese, sprinkle the tomatoes with butter and bake in the oven. Ready fruits can be poured with sour cream and sprinkled with chopped parsley or dill.
Any variety of tomatoes will work for this recipe, but large-fruited tomatoes are ideal.
