Sorrel is a perennial, winter-hardy crop, demanding moisture and shade-tolerant. It grows well on fertile, slightly acidic or neutral soils.
It is sown early in spring or summer to a depth of 1.0-1.5 cm with a row spacing of 20-25 cm.
Leaves that have reached a length of 10 cm are cut off. In total, 4-5 collections are carried out with an interval of 2-2.5 weeks.
