Medium early variety. The plant is powerful. The fruit is round, slightly flattened, smooth. The surface of the fruit is golden-orange with a mesh pattern.
The flesh is pinkish-orange, tender, juicy, sweet, with a high content of carotene, vitamins A and C. Fruit weight 15-30 kg.
The taste is wonderful. The fruits are perfectly stored all winter.

The best soils for pumpkins are sandy and light loamy. Pumpkin is sown when the soil warms up to + 10 + 12 ° С. Seeds are planted to a depth of 5-10 cm.
2-3 seeds are sown in one hole. After germination, weak plants are removed.
Pumpkin is also grown through seedlings, with planting in open ground at the age of one month (the phase of two or three true leaves).

Ingredients: 650 g pumpkin, 150 g sugar, 200 g water, 2 tbsp. l. vinegar 9% (or 0.5 tsp citric acid), 3-4 pcs. cloves, 0.25 tsp. cinnamon.
1. Peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes.
2. Place in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then in cold water for 2-3 minutes.
3. Place the pumpkin in a litre jar and add cinnamon and cloves.
4. Cook the marinade (boil 200 g of water with 150 g of sugar for 10 minutes).
5. Remove from heat, add vinegar or citric acid, stir and pour over pumpkin and roll up.
6. Turn over onto the lid and cool under a blanket. Store in a cool place.
