Raised rosette, leaf length up to 14 cm. The variety is resistant to stemming.
Sorrel is a perennial, winter-hardy crop, demanding on moisture, shade-tolerant.
Grows well on fertile, slightly acidic or neutral soils. Sorrel is grown by direct sowing of seeds into the ground in early spring or summer with row spacing of 20-25 cm to a depth of no more than 0.5 cm. Seedlings appear in 12-15 days. Further care consists in loosening the soil, regular watering and fertilizing with complex mineral fertilizers.
In total, 4-5 collections are carried out with an interval of 15-20 days.
