Remontant alpine strawberry "Sweet Hearts".
The earliest and most winter-hardy, tasty and decorative!
A mixture of remontant strawberries of white and red color.
On an adult bush of small-fruited strawberries, with proper care, up to 1000 berries ripen per season. The berries are conical (longer than width), medium density. The berries are much larger than wild strawberries and have a unique taste and smell.
Agrotechics.
Preparing the soil mixture: 3 parts sand mixed with 5 parts humus. The humus should be crumbly. The mixture must be heated in the oven for 3-4 hours, at +90+100°C. Sowing strawberries should be done in March-April. The previously prepared soil mixture must be poured into a box, compacted and moistened. The seeds should be carefully placed on the resulting surface. Shoots can appear within 30 days, so to speed up seed germination, it is recommended to cover the seed box with polyethylene and place it on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator for 2-3 days. In the phase of 1-2 true leaves, seedlings dive into pots. After the plants have 6 true leaves, they can be planted in the ground, with a distance between rows of 25-30 cm, between plants 15-20 cm.
Caring for strawberries comes down to weeding, loosening, watering, feeding and protection from diseases and pests.
