Russian tarragon ''Tarhun'' - Artemisia dracunculus L.
A spicy-flavored perennial cold-resistant plant up to 1 m high. It has a strong aroma and slightly bitter taste.
They are used as a spicy seasoning for various canning dishes.
Sowing seedlings is carried out in early spring. In May, they are planted in fertile soil according to the scheme 30 x 70 cm.
During the growing season, care consists of loosening row spacings, timely weeding and watering. Greens can be harvested in the second year.
